The Shawnee Christian Church’s Music Ministry office is happy to offer the lending of titles from their library to area Churches. We hope to establish a local network with area churches to share and swap music to help ease the burden of purchasing every needed title.

The SCC Music Lending Library has numerous choral anthem titles available for lending. Churches are encouraged to borrow any of these titles, so long as they are not in use by another church or ministry, for up to three months or ninety days. Extensions of the ninety-day lending period may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Music & Worship staff. There is no annual or membership fee. Music and Worship Ministries of the area are asked that the church or person pay $2.00 per piece of music that they are unable to return, as well as, pay for all postage charges incurred in receiving and shipping the selections. The maximum number of titles allowed to be on loan to a church at one time is eight titles.

The Music & Worship Ministries office invites you to come to the SCC Music Department to view and read selections you may be interested in borrowing. We do not send out preview packets or samples of anthems. To visit the SCC Music Department library, please call to make an appointment so that the piano and room may be reserved for your use and the library will be made accessible.
